Set in the frame of the group of Grigne mountains at an altitude of about 1300 meters, the Mines of the Piani Resinelli offer a landscape of beautiful charm. It’s about ancient mines exploited since the sixteenth century up to nowadays, that now can be safely visited at all ages. The visits to the discovery of the hard work that has created them and of the secrets hidden in the mountains are all guided. It is possible to visit two mines: "Anna" and "Sottocavallo".
Open from March to October on Sundays and public holidays; in July and August every afternoon, on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays throughout the day. From November to February upon reservation.
Opening times: from 10am to 12am and from 2pm to 5pm. Guided visits (necessary) at 10.30am, 2.30pm and 4pm (please arrive 15 minutes earlier).
For groups of minimum 15 people: every day, upon reservation
Closed if case of bad weather.
Full ticket: € 8,50; free for children up to 6 years old if accompanied at least by a paying adult; reduced ticket: € 5,00 for children from 7 to 12 years old and for groups (min. 15 people).
